| Welcome to Antiques & Moore! This listing is for a lovely Fostoria QUEEN ANNE or COLONY pattern glass fruit bowl or compote in rich green colored glass. This pattern was introduced by Fostoria in 1925 and was discontinued in 1929. The pattern was reintroduced in 1935 as the COLONY pattern. The glass is a thick, heavy glass blank and features a twisted swirl design on both the bowl and pedestal base. This pattern is considered to be in the elegant glassware category and the colored pieces were made for only three years from 1926-1929 and is therefore much harder to find than clear glass pieces.... | |
