Fostoria Fern Pink Waters Set Of 8 Stunning And Quite Rare!!!
CollectionHero
eBay This is a set of eight elegant glass water/wine glasses from Fostoria's Fern product line. The glasses feature a beautiful etched floral pattern and have a glossy finish. The vintage glasses were manufactured in the United States in 1934 and are quite rare. They would be perfect for all occasions and add a touch of Art Deco style to any table setting Exquisite condition with no chips, cracks, scratches, or cloudiness. Fern was in production at Fostoria from 1930 to 1934 with pink being the scarcest color and most treasured among collectors. Most pink fern has been safely tucked into collections years ago, which explains the scarcity of this pattern. In fact, these are the first pink fern waters I’ve seen in 40 years of collecting. One pink fern water is unusual enough but to find a set of eight is almost unheard of downsizing a 40 year collection. Don’t miss your opportunity to on these exquisite and rare stems. You won’t be disappointed! (Condition: Pre-Owned)

Scarce 1932 Fostoria Glass Co. 5 Piece Topaz Console Set (Bowl & Candlesticks)
CollectionHero
This is a very scarce five piece console set from the Fostoria Glass Company of Moundsville, WV. So far as we can tell it was only manufactured for one year in 1932. It consists of a #2466 "Plateau" bowl designed by Fostoria's most famous designer, George Sakier, and four #2266 candlesticks. The idea was to create a table centerpiece by placing a candlestick at each corner of the bowl (The photo section shows ads from 1932 editions of Crockery & Glass Journal and Good Housekeeping that depict suggested table settings). The rectangular bowl is 13" x 9 1/4". The candlesticks are 2 1/2" high. All pieces are in excellent condition with no chips, cracks or other damage. This set is definitely hard-to find, especially in color. The wax candles are not included. Over the next several months we'll be listing glassware from the golden era of U.S. glass manufacturing. Items (some scarce to rare) will be listed by companies such-as: Cambridge, Fenton, Fostoria, Heisey, Imperial, Northwood, New Martinsville, Paden City, Westmoreland and more. We usually have one or two auctions a month, starting/ending on Sunday evenings. We combine shipping whenever possible, so if you win more than one item please wait for a revised invoice before paying. Our glass is well packed and shipped fully insured, usually via Priority Mail. ***We will be listing over 200 boxes of Rare, Scarce, Unique & Hard to Find items that were obtained from The Fostoria Glass Factory in Moundsville, West Virginia, after the time of its closing. Our clients are avid collectors of Fostoria historical glass & paper memorabilia as well as other glass companies. Additionally, paper advertising & signs, factory correspondence, original catalogues, promotional materials, marketing items, Fostoria Melamine & much more DESCRIPTIONThis is a listing for a RARE Vintage FOSTORIA GLASS COMPANY #6016 Wilma Goblet. This is a SAMPLE glass. It is truly unique as it is of the NAVARRE Master Etching, which did not have a production in Yellow / Gold Tint. It is the owner's understanding that circa 1982, an order for a dozen glasses in Yellow Navarre was taken and fulfilled. This is the 13th glass, being the sample for the factory and the other 12 went to the client who custom ordered them. Other than that order, this was not a production color for the Navarre pattern. This goblet can be seen in Juanita L Williams book "Fostoria Glass Scarce, Unique & Whimsies" on page 182 and 198. It can also be seen in her book "Fostoria Glass The Elegant and Master Etchings" on page 9, 123, 206 and 207. The Navarre pattern is a combination of trailing flowers and a floral medallion with scrolls. This glass has a classic elegant style, and the pattern is attributed to Designer Edgar Bottome. This was retrieved from the glass factory design morgue after it closed. This was made by The Fostoria Glass Company in Moundsville, West Virginia, USA. It measures approximately 7 3/4" in height & 3 1/2" in diameter. This is in very nice condition with a few tiny stray bubbles from manufacturing, as seen. It is not unusual for Example & Sample items, from the factory glass morgue to have permanent writing, be unfinished, have flaws or damage as they were for factory reference.**We will be listing other prototype glasses and more NAVARRE Pattern Samples** Please look at the pictures for the best view of the item as they are part of the description. Please ask any questions before bidding. This glass weighs just under 1 pound before being packed and will weigh 1-2 pounds when properly packed for shipping & will ship USPS Insured. Fostoria Brocade Azure Iridescent Oak Wood / Oak Leaf  No. 2373 Small Window Box
CollectionHero
Fostoria Brocade Azure Blue Iridescent Oak Wood / Oak Leaf No. 2373 Small Window Box and Cover COMPANY / MAKER: The Fostoria Glass Company PATTERN: Oak Leaf #290 (Oak Wood #72) ITEM: #2375 Window Box COLOR: Azure Blue CIRCA: 1928 - 1930 MEASUREMENT: 4" H. - 7 1/4" L. CONDITION: The #2375 Oak Leaf window box is one of the hardest to find pieces in the Oak Leaf pattern. This lovely window box is a beautiful Azure Blue iridescent color with the striking Oak Leaf decoration. The gold trim is really nice, but a small amount of it is missing where the flower frog sits on top. This does not show with the top in place, but we wanted to note it. The iridescence is great. Just Stunning!!! This window box is in Undamaged Condition without chips, cracks, or mold damage. The flower frog that sits down inside the window box is azure blue and does not have an iridescent finish. This was the way they were sold. This lovely item would be a welcome addition for any Fostoria collector. If you decide to purchase this scarce window box, I am confident that you will think it is as wonderful as I do. Oak Leaf #290 (Oak Wood #72) (1928-1931) (Azure Blue, Rose/Dawn, Green, Ebony) Oak Leaf is one of Fostoria's most impressive etchings. There is a pitcher and various sizes of tumblers, but these items are very hard to find. This pattern is more frequently used as an accesory pattern, since many serving trays, vases, compotes, serving bowls, and boxes can be found to accompany a set of china or glassware. Occasionally, pieces of Oak Leaf may be found with an iridescent finish over the base color. This lovely pattern is very popular, but finding pieces to add to your collection can be a challenge. Iridescent pieces with the Oak Leaf design are referred to as Oak Wood. POSTAGE AND INSURANCE ON THIS PRETTY ITEM IS CALCULATED. PLEASE REFER TO THE SHIPPING TAB IN THE LISTING.
